[:pt]PRORROGADO PRAZO PARA PAGAMENTO DE IMPOSTOS ESTADUAIS E MUNICIPAIS PARA CONTRIBUINTE NO SIMPLES NACIONAL<\/p>\n

Complementando as normas da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 152\/2020, que prorrogara no \u00e2mbito do Simples Nacional, por seis meses, o prazo de vencimento dos tributos federais dos per\u00edodos de apura\u00e7\u00e3o de mar\u00e7o a maio de 2020, o Comit\u00ea Gestor do Simples Nacional, por meio da Resolu\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00ba 154\/2020, estendeu a prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o aos impostos estaduais e municipais. A prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o do vencimento em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos impostos estaduais e municipais, entretanto, \u00e9 de apenas tr\u00eas meses, salvo no caso do Microempreendedor Individual (MEI), cuja prorroga\u00e7\u00e3o, tanto para tributos federais, como estaduais e municipais, \u00e9 de seis meses.<\/p>\n

PRORROGADO PRAZO DE RECOLHIMENTO DE CONTRIBUI\u00c7\u00d5ES PREVIDENCI\u00c1RIAS, PIS E COFINS<\/p>\n

O Minist\u00e9rio da Economia, por meio da Portaria n\u00ba 139, publicada em 03\/04\/2020, prorrogou os prazos de recolhimento da contribui\u00e7\u00e3o previdenci\u00e1ria da empresa, do empregador dom\u00e9stico e do contribuinte individual, bem como da contribui\u00e7\u00e3o ao PIS e da COFINS (tanto no regime cumulativo, como n\u00e3o cumulativo), relativos \u00e0s compet\u00eancias de mar\u00e7o e abril de 2020.<\/p>\n

As contribui\u00e7\u00f5es relativas ao m\u00eas de mar\u00e7o poder\u00e3o ser pagas at\u00e9 o prazo de vencimento das contribui\u00e7\u00f5es devidas na compet\u00eancia de julho e aquelas relativas ao m\u00eas de abril at\u00e9 o prazo de vencimento das contribui\u00e7\u00f5es devidas na compet\u00eancia de setembro.<\/p>\n

PRORROGA\u00c7\u00c3O DE PRAZO PARA ENTREGA DE DCTF E EFD-CONTRIBUI\u00c7\u00d5ES<\/p>\n

Os prazos de entrega das DCTFs que deveriam ser apresentadas at\u00e9 o 15\u00ba dia \u00fatil de abril, maio e junho de 2020 foram prorrogados para o 15\u00ba dia \u00fatil de julho deste ano pela Instru\u00e7\u00e3o Normativa RFB n\u00ba 1.932\/2020. A referida IN prorrogou tamb\u00e9m, para o 10\u00ba dia \u00fatil de julho, os prazos para apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o da EFD-Contribui\u00e7\u00f5es originalmente previstas para o 10\u00ba dia \u00fatil dos meses de abril, maio e junho.<\/p>\n
